Features:

• ACTION: ideal substrate for the establishment of nitrifying and denitrifying filtering bacteria in biological filters for freshwater or marine aquariums
• BENEFITS: the high surface area (1 l = 200 m2) and the different porosity from 60 to 300 μm allow easy settlement of bacteria ensuring high filtration efficiency
